About this workshop
Overview
This course is designed for product managers who want to work meaningfully with AI — without needing a technical background. Over 5 live sessions (2 webinars + 3 hands-on workshops), you'll go from understanding how LLMs actually work to building and shipping real tools in real time.
We start with the fundamentals: what LLMs are, how they reason probabilistically, and why prompts work the way they do. You'll learn the full PM toolkit — rules, commands, skills, and MCPs — and how to connect AI to the tools you already use (Jira, Linear, Notion, Google Drive).
The second half is pure hands-on: vibe coding with v0, Lovable, Base44, and Claude Code; building and shipping a working product in a single session; and leaving with a fully wired AI workspace you can use from day one. No theory without practice — every session ends with something you actually built.
